Defence Codex was the Ministry of Defence (MOD)'s flagship publication for scientific and technological research and innovation. Aimed at MOD suppliers, universities, businesses and suppliers with an interest in UK defence, the format was split between a feature-packed magazine (which I designed, seen here) and a technical journal.
